DEN VISION
The Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network helps the Dartmouth community learn and implement entrepreneurship, and supports commercialization of important innovations for the benefit of society.
Working with all the schools of the College , Tuck School of Business, Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth Medical School, as well as DHMC, we promote and support entrepreneurial initiatives and facilitate integrated efforts towards entrepreneurship education and commercial implementation. We do so through educational presentations, workshops and events. In addition, through our network of advisors we provide individual services to people seeking help starting for or not-for-profit business.
EDUCATION
Anything we have to learn, we learn by actually
doing it.

Moved by our belief that entrepreneurial skills can be learned, the DEN provides hands-on educational experiences and advice in business development, complemented by traditional classroom based programs and student independent studies. The Network hosts workshops, seminars, and Greener Ventures–a campus-wide entrepreneurship conference. The office also offers internships and conducts research focused on startup and pre-start-up businesses.
SERVICE
We offer entrepreneurial guidance and support to faculty, researchers, students, staff and alumni within the Dartmouth and Medical Center communities. In addition, we refer entrepreneurs to external resources and advisors, and foster complementary relationships among the various components of the Dartmouth Communities. Other services available through the Network include space communications, mentoring, networking and, in some cases, opportunities for financing.
